摘要
随着现代社会的不断发展,以及知识经济、信息社会的到来,对高等教育人才培养的目标和层次、尤其是对高层次创新人才的培养提出了更多、更高的要求。但从当前中国高校人才培养的现状来看,所培养的人才尚存在一些问题和不足,难以满足现代社会的实际需要。因此,各相关院校及相关人员应进一步加强对高校创新人才培养方法与途径的研究和探索,以生为本,自我管理能力意识、批判意识及独立人格生命意识的培养,知识结构的调整、课程结构的调整等方法,应成为新的重要的方法,以此不断提升人才培养的质量和水平。
With the continuous development of modern society and the advent of the knowledge economy and information society, there is a higher and more demanding for the higher education＇ s goals and level of personnel training, especially for high - level innovative talents. Howerver, but from the current situation of personal training of Chinese colleges and universities ,there are still some problems and it is insufficient to meet the practical needs of modern society. Therefore, all relevant institutions and stakeholders should further strengthen the research and explove the methods and approaches of innovative training, and constantly improve the quality and levels of personnel training.
