摘要
为明确明挖隧道下穿既有桥梁项目的总体安全状况,从桥梁工程、隧道工程、施工技术、组织管理、人员因素5个方面构建涉路工程安全评价指标体系,包含明挖基坑深度、基坑距桥桩最小距离等20个因素,提出基于组合赋权和集对分析模型的明挖隧道下穿桥梁涉路工程安全评价方法。首先利用博弈论综合层次分析法与熵权法获得的主客观权重,得出各指标组合权重,然后采用集对分析模型得到项目风险等级。建立了明挖隧道下穿桥梁涉路工程安全评价流程,以广州市南沙区某明挖隧道下穿桥梁涉路项目为例,进行安全性评价分析。结果表明:该涉路项目安全等级为低风险,项目中较为敏感的因素是地质条件、明挖基坑深度、基坑距桥桩最小距离。安全评价模型的评价结果可以直观明晰地反映出涉路项目的安全状况,对预防事故的发生具有参考意义。
In order to clarify the overall safety conditions of the construction of open-cut tunnel undercrossing the bridges,a safety evaluation index system is constructed from five aspects:bridge engineering,tunnel engineering,construction technology,organization and management,and personnel factors,including 20factors such as the depth of the open-cut foundation pit,and the minimum distance between the foundation pit and the bridge pile,and a safety evaluation method for structures and utilities within right-of-way of highways of open-cut tunnel under-crossing the bridges based on combinatorial weighting and set pair analysis model is proposed.Firstly,the subjective and objective weights obtained by using game theory integrated hierarchical analysis and entropy method are used to derive the combination weights of each index,and then the set-pair analysis model is used to obtain the project risk level.The safety evaluation process of structures and utilities within right-of-way of highways of open-cut tunnel undercrossing the bridges is established,and a open-cut tunnel under-crossing the bridges involving road project in Nansha District,Guangzhou City is used as an example for safety evaluation analysis.The results show that the safety level of the road-related project is at low risk,and the more sensitive factors in the project are the geological conditions,the depth of the open-cut pit,and the minimum distance of the pit from the bridge pile.The evaluation results of the safety evaluation model can visually and clearly reflect the safety condition of the road-related projects,which is of reference significance to the prevention of accidents.
