摘要
目的分析宫腔镜下电切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年8月—2023年8月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的130例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各65例。对照组实施宫腔镜下钳夹术,观察组实施宫腔镜下电切术。比较两组的临床指标、息肉残留率、息肉复发率、不同时期月经量、子宫内膜厚度以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组患者息肉残留率和息肉复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术后1、3个月的月经量及子宫内膜厚度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(1.54%)显著低于对照组(12.31%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.298,P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下电切除术和钳夹术均可有效治疗子宫内膜肌肉,但电切除术治疗效果更加可观,可显著减少月经量、改善子宫内膜厚度,降低并发症发生率及复发率。
Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 130 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,each with 65 cases.In the control group,hysteroscopic clamping was performed,and in the observation group,hysteroscopic electrodesiccation was performed.The clinical indexes,polyp residual rate,polyp recurrence rate,menstrual flow and endometrial thickness at different periods,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and intraoperative bleeding of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The polyp residual rate and polyp recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The menstrual flow and endometrial thickness in the observation group at 1 and 3 months after surgery were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(1.54%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.31%),and the difference was statistically significance(χ^(2)=4.298,P<0.05).Conclusion Both hysteroscopic electrodesiccation and clamping can be effective in treating endometrial muscle,but the treatment effect of electrodesiccation is more considerable,which can significantly reduce the menstrual flow,improve the thickness of the endometrium,and reduce the complication and recurrence rates.
