摘要
目的 探究子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法 随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月于南方医院太和分院100例接受治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,根据电脑随机方法分为两组,每组50例,对照组实施诊刮术治疗,观察组实施宫腔镜镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、手术情况指标、并发症发生情况、子宫内膜厚度和血红蛋白治疗前后变化情况。结果 观察组疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后相比治疗前子宫内膜厚度降低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子宫内膜息肉患者实施宫腔镜镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗的临床效果显著,能够减少手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间,且可减少患者术后并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyps who received treatment in Taihe Branch of Southern Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to computer random method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with curetting,while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps.The clinical efficacy,surgical indicators,complications,endometrial thickness and hemoglobin changes before and after treatment were observed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps in patients with endometrial polyps is significant,which can reduce the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
