摘要
本文通过实际工程项目,总结出现浇混凝土楼板裂缝修补施工方法,通过利用注浆器,将环氧树脂注入板面结构的缝隙内,环氧树脂固化后,会形成良好的粘接性和粘接强度,最终能够达到修补裂缝的目的,同时也能使板面恢复整体受力性能,结构整体特性能够得到有效恢复,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Through practical projects,this paper summarizes the construction methods for repairing cracks of cast concrete floor slabs.By using a grouting device,epoxy resin is injected into the cracks of the slab structure.After curing,epoxy resin will form good adhesion and bonding strength,which can finally achieve the purpose of repairing cracks and restore the overall mechanical performance of the slab surface.The overall characteristics of the structure can be effectively restored,and it has good economic and social benefits.
