摘要
当前,采取有效措施防止地下隧道施工缝渗漏问题是一个令人关注的问题。根据施工缝的部位、类型进行分类,制定专项施工工艺,提高施工缝防水质量,保证结构防水验收通过率,通过掺加不同施工工艺及材料对施工缝处进行堵漏处理,利用压力灌浆方法,所选用材料为:快凝、膨胀的堵漏型高分子材料用于堵漏修补。进一步优化施工工艺,达到延长混凝土结构工程寿命的目的。
At present,it is a matter of concern to take effective measures to prevent the leakage of construction joints in underground tunnels.This paper classifies the construction joints according to their positions and types,formulates special construction technology,improves the waterproof quality of construction joints,and ensures the acceptance rate of structural waterproof.By adding different construction processes and materials,the construction joints are plugged.By using the pressure grouting method,fast setting and expansive plugging polymer materials are selected for plugging and repairing.At the same time,this paper further optimizes the construction technology to extend the service life of concrete structures.
