摘要
薰衣草(Lavandula angustifolia)是唇形科薰衣草属半耐热性植物,因其特别的芳香性成为重要的香料植物之一。薰衣草原产于地中海和欧洲南部,现已遍布非洲北部和东部以及中东国家、西南亚和印度东南部等地。薰衣草具有观赏价值,是园林景观的常用植物。在医疗保健方面,薰衣草也具有显著应用价值,大量研究表明薰衣草及其精油具有抗菌消炎、祛斑美白、镇静催眠、镇痛和抗焦虑等作用,广泛应用于医疗、美容、香薰、化妆品等领域,薰衣草因此备受人们喜爱。近年来薰衣草备受国内外关注,本研究总结了近年来薰衣草及其精油在医疗方面的研究进展,对薰衣草的作用机制进行了概述,以期为后续薰衣草及其精油的研究提供参考。
Lavender(Lavandula angustifolia)is a semi-heat-resistant plant of of Lavandula genus in the family Labiatae.Because of its special aromatic properties,lavender becomes one of the important spice plants.Lavender is origined from the Mediterranean and southern Europe,has been spread throughout northern and eastern Africa as well as countries in the Middle East,southwest Asia and southeast India.Lavender has ornamental value and is a commonly used plant in landscape.On the medical and health aspects,lavender also performed significant applicable values,many studies have shown that lavender and its essential oil plays roles in antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,whitening,sedative hypnotic,analgesic and other effects,is widely used in medical treatments,beauty industry,aromatherapy,cosmetics and other fields.For these reasons,people showed more interest in lavender and lavender gained much attention all over the world in recent years.In this review,the research progress of lavender and its essential oil in medical treatments in recent years,and the activating mechanisms of lavender were summarized,in order to provide reference for the further researches of lavender and its essential oil.
