摘要
浙江省是国内重要的纺织工业地区之一,具有100多年纺纱历史。目前国内外市场形势的变化使浙江省以出口为主的纺织产业受到了极大的冲击。根据网络公开2010~2022年全国各省市纱的产量排名,浙江省纱产能被其他省或地区超越,针对浙江纺纱产业的地位与作用及近几年来被动的原因进行了分析,通过对新型纺纱的技术创新及开发产品范围拓展,指出要重振纺纱产业,必须要加快产业结构调整,淘汰或改造使用年限已久的环锭纺设备,提高设备的全自动化与智能化程度,控制环锭纺纱产能,重点发展新型纺纱,开发市场需求的新型纱线,实现产业转型升级,走减量增值之路,进一步提高在国内外市场的竞争力。
Zhejiang is one of the important textile regions in China,with a spinning history of more than 100 years.The current changes in domestic and international market conditions have greatly impacted the export-oriented textile industry in Zhejiang Province.According to the online ranking of yarn production in various provinces and cities across the country from 2010 to 2022,the yarn production capacity of Zhejiang has been surpassed by other provinces or regions.This paper analyzes the status and role of Zhejiang’s spinning industry and the reasons for its passivity in recent years.Through technological innovation in new spinning and the expansion of the product development scope,it is pointed out that in order to revitalize the spinning industry,it is necessary to accelerate the adjustment of industrialstructure,eliminate or renovate the ring spinning equipment that has been in use for a long time,improve the degree of full automation and intelligence of the equipment,control the production capacity of ring spinning,focus on developing new types of spinning,develop new types of yarn in market demand,achieve industrial transformation and upgrading,take the path of reducing quantity and increasing value,and further improve competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets.
