摘要
探讨我国色纺纱生产技术现状与产品创新方向。回顾了我国色纺纱的技术进展,分析了当前色纺纱在生产品种与应用范围、纺纱工艺、工艺装备、盈利能力等方面与本色纱生产的主要差距。以浙江省色纺纱相关企业为例,从原料选用、产品附加值提升、应用领域扩大、工艺装备更新、质量控制技术提升等方面介绍了在技术创新方面所做的工作,并对色纺纱生产技术创新的方向作了初步探讨。认为:把握好色纺纱生产技术与产品创新方向有助于企业提质增效。
Technology status of colored spun yarn production and product innovation direction in our country were discussed. Technology progress of colored spun yarn in our country was reviewed. The main differences between current colored spun yarn and natural color yarn production in production variety and application range,spinning process,equipment,profitability and so on were analyzed. The related enterprises of colored spun yarn in Zhejiang province were taken as examples.The works that had been done in technology innovation were introduced from the aspects like raw material selection,increasing of product added value,expanding of application field,updating process equipment,quality control technology and so on. Moreover,the direction of colored spun yarn production technology innovation was preliminarily discussed. It is considered that well grasping the direction of production technology and product innovation of the colored spun yarn is beneficial to quality and efficiency improving of the enterprises.
