泛素-蛋白酶体系统与神经系统疾病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 泛素-蛋白酶体系统(UPS)是一种内部蛋白质分解机制,是细胞一系列生命过程的重要调节器,可处理大部分细胞的蛋白质周转,可去除老化、损坏和错误折叠的蛋白质,与各种疾病的发生发展密切相关。近年来各个领域对该系统的研究已渐渐成为热点,多项研究表明UPS的异常变化与炎症、糖尿病、肝肾疾病、肿瘤等疾病的发生有关,与神经系统疾病也有着密不可分的联系。本文就泛素-蛋白酶体系统的组成及其在神经系统疾病中的作用和治疗进展进行综述。 The ubiquitin-proteasome system(UPS)is an internal protein breakdown mechanism regulating a series of cellular life processes.It plays a critical role in protein turnover in most cells to remove old,damaged,and misfolded proteins,which is closely related to the development and progression of various diseases.In recent years,this system has been in the spotlight in various research fields.Studies have shown that abnormal changes in UPS are related to inflammation,diabetes,liver and kidney diseases,and tumors,as well as nervous system diseases.This article reviews the composition of UPS,its role in neurological diseases,and associated therapeutic progress.
