摘要
黑枸杞是中国西北地区一种珍贵的药食两用植物,因具有较高的药用价值和食用价值,得到越来越多的关注与研究。黑枸杞提取物包含黄酮类、多糖类、多酚等活性成分和蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等营养成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等功效。最新研究发现黑枸杞活性成分能促进辐射损伤后骨髓造血功能恢复、改善放化疗后骨髓抑制、增强机体免疫功能和促进白血病细胞凋亡的作用。该文对黑枸杞主要活性成分及生物学功效作简单介绍总结,并结合相关文献阐述其对造血系统作用的最新研究进展,或可为中药对造血干细胞、造血微环境等领域研究提供研究基础。
As a valuable medicinal and edible plant in northwest China,Lycium ruthenicum Murr.(LRM)is attracting a growing attention because of its high economic,medicinal and edible values.LRM extract contains flavonoids,polysaccharides,polyphenols,proteins,amino acids,vitamins,minerals and other nutrients with antioxidant,anti-tumor,immune regulation functions.The latest studies have confirmed that active ingredients of LRM could promote the recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic function after radiation injury,improve myelosuppression after radiochemotherapy,enhance body’s immune function and promote the apoptosis of leukemia cells.This review summarized the major active ingredients and biological effects of LRM.It was intended to provide basic research rationales for hematopoietic stem cells and hematopoietic microenvironment of traditional Chinese medicine.
