摘要
[目的]探讨熟地黄多糖对阿霉素(adriamycin,doxorubicin,ADM)所致骨髓抑制及免疫功能损伤的影响。[方法]以不同剂量的熟地黄多糖灌胃正常小鼠进行预防性给药后,腹腔注射盐酸阿霉素,通过测定体重、血常规、脾指数、胸腺指数等指标,观测熟地黄多糖对阿霉素所致骨髓抑制及免疫功能损伤的影响。[结果]与模型组相比较,中药各组的小鼠体重下降程度减轻,白细胞计数、脾指数、胸腺指数均显著升高(P<0.05),其中以低、中剂量组疗效较好。[结论]熟地黄多糖对ADM所致的白细胞减少有一定的预防和保护作用,并可稳定化疗小鼠的体重及提高脾指数和胸腺指数。
[Objective] To study the protective effect of polysaccharide extracted from rehmanniae preparata on adriamycin-induced myelosuppression and immunologic injury. [Methods]Use different doses of polysaccharide extracted from rehmanniae preparata,lavaging mice for preventive medicine, and then celiac inject hydrochloric adriamycin, by measuring weight,routine blood,immune function and other indicators,observing the protective effect of polysaccharide extracted from rehmanniae preparata on adriamycin-induced myelosuppression and immunologic injury. [Results]Compared with model group, medication groups of mice losing less body weight and white blood cellcount, and spleen index and thymus index al significantly increased( P&lt;0.05),of which the intervention effect was better shown in low dose group and moderate dose group.[Conclusion]Polysaccharide extracted from rehmanniae preparata has the effect of prevention and protection on adriamycin-induced leukopenia,and it can reduce the loss of weight, spleen index and thymus index of chemotherapy mice as wel .
