As an important lifting equipment,tire mounted cranes play a crucial role in industrial production and logistics.The aim is to explore the advantages and applications of tire mounted cranes in different scenarios,and to look forward to their prospects in the industrial and logistics fields.Firstly,the basic structure,working principle,and design characteristics of tire mounted cranes were introduced,and their flexibility,portability,and efficiency were elaborated.Secondly,the specific application of tire cranes in construction sites,port loading and unloading,and logistics transportation was analyzed.The significant advantages of tire mounted cranes in improving efficiency,reducing labor costs,and improving operational safety were discussed for different scenarios.Further exploration was conducted on the development trends of tire suspension technology,involving directions such as automation control,intelligent systems,and sustainable development.Finally,through case studies and effectiveness evaluations,the success of tire suspension in practical applications was demonstrated,and its value and potential for future development in various fields were summarized.
