摘要
文章详细阐述了建筑隔震支座的基本结构、工作原理、主要类别与应用功能,强调了其在吸收地震波能量、减少地震对建筑的结构性破坏、减少建筑材料浪费及污染周边环境等优点。研究了建筑隔震支座中的重要技术与施工要点,包括弹性材料技术、安装测量控制要点、下预埋螺栓架体安装、隔震支座安装流程与绿色建筑中的设计与施工要点等。提出了在不同的应用场景与适用条件下合理选择弹性材料、减震器、支座形式,并利用振动控制技术提高支座控制的自动化水平。最后,以某学校建筑减震设计为例,探讨了隔震支座的实施方案以及注意事项,保证建筑结构的稳定性与安全性。
The paper elaborates the basic structure,working principle,main categories and application functions of building isolation supports,emphasizing its advantages in absorbing seismic wave energy,reducing structural damage to buildings caused by earthquakes,reducing waste of building materials and polluting the surrounding environment.It studies the important technology and construction key points in building isolation bearing,including elastic material technology,installation and measurement control key points,installation of embedded bolt frame,installation process of isolation support and design and construction key points in green building,etc.Moreover,it proposes the reasonable selection of elastic materials,shock absorbers and support forms under different application scenarios and applicable conditions,and uses vibration control technology to improve the automation level of support control.Finally,taking the shock absorption design of a school building as an example,the implementation scheme and precautions of the isolation bearing are discussed to ensure the stability and safety of the building structure.
