摘要
在教材原有方案中添加天然抑菌成分鱼腥草提取液,提高洗手液的抑菌性能。利用Design Expert软件优化鱼腥草抑菌洗手液的制备参数,得出最佳制备工艺。抑菌性能测试结果表明,鱼腥草洗手液具有优越的抑菌效果。
In this comprehensive experiment,the extract of Houttuynia cordata was added into the hand sanitizer to improve the antibacterial performance.Design Expert software was used to optimize the process parameters of antibacterial hand sanitizer with Houttuynia cordata,to obtain the best preparation conditions of antibacterial hand sanitizer.The superior bacteriostatic performance of Houttuynia hand sanitizer was demonstrated via bacteriostatic experiment.
