摘要
为评估广西特色旅游名县政策对城乡收入差距的影响,本文根据2012—2020年广西110个县域的面板数据,使用多时点双重差分方法,分析广西特色旅游名县政策实施对城乡收入差距的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:广西特色旅游名县政策实施能缩小县域城乡收入差距。政策主要通过优化交通基础设施、增加固定资产投资、增加地方财政投入、优化产业结构等路径来缩小城乡收入差距。广西特色旅游名县政策实施对经济发展水平较低县域的城乡收入差距的缩小效应显著优于经济发展水平较高的县域。
In order to assess the impact of the policy of famous tourism counties with characteristics of Guangxi on the urban-rural income gap,this paper analyzes the related policy and its mechanism by using panel data of 110 counties from 2012 to 2020.It is found that the policy implementation can reduce the income gap,which is mainly achieved through optimizing the industrial structure,increasing the investment,and so on.The effects on narrowing the urban-rural income gap are much more obvious in cities with a lower level of economic development.
