摘要
文化是企业发展的核心与关键,也是塑造企业凝聚力、向心力的重要方式与手段。大型公立医院在开展文化建设的过程中,要注重以党建作为指引与方向,结合当前公立医院文化建设的实际情况,不断利用党建思维与方式来优化公立医院的文化建设形式,丰富文化建设的内容,促进公立医院文化建设效果与水平的全面提升,提升公立医院的服务水平与医疗质量。文章主要对党建引领下的某大型公立医院文化建设的实践方式展开研究,并深入思考党建对于大型公立医院文化建设的重要性,进而借助党建来丰富与引导某大型公立医院的物质、精神、道德等文化建设内容,为某大型公立医院的长远发展做好铺垫,为其他公立医院文化建设提供一定的借鉴与参考。
Culture is the core and key of enterprise development,and it is also an important way and means to build enterprise cohesion and centripetal force.In the process of carrying out cultural construction in large public hospitals,it is necessary to pay attention to using party building as a guide and direction,combined with the actual situation of cultural construction in public hospitals,continuously utilize party building thinking and methods to optimize the form of cultural construction in public hospitals,enrich the content of cultural construction,promote the comprehensive improvement of the effectiveness and level of cultural construction in public hospitals,and improve the service level and medical quality of public hospitals.This article mainly conducts research on the practical methods of cultural construction in a large public hospital under the guidance of party building,and deeply considers the importance of party building in the cultural construction of large public hospitals.By utilizing party building to enrich and guide the material,spiritual,moral and other cultural construction content of a large public hospital,it lays the foundation for the long-term development of a large public hospital and provides certain reference and reference for the cultural construction of other public hospitals.
