摘要
目的探讨在护理管理中实施护理助手APP的应用效果。方法选取济宁市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心护理部护理人员共计128名,2022年1—12月实施常规护理管理,2023年1—11月实施护理助手APP管理。对比实施前后护理人员各级质控耗时、质控材料成本、培训质量、护士职业倦怠感评分、管理满意度。结果实施后护理人员管理总满意度为99.22%,高于实施前的78.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员各级质控耗时短于实施前,纸张消耗数少于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后培训质量评分、护士职业倦怠感评分优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施护理助手APP管理有利于降低护理人员职业倦怠感,缩短质控耗时。
Objective To explore the application effect of implementing nursing assistant APP management in nursing management.Methods A total of 128 nursing staff from the department of nursing,Jining Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center were selected to implement routine nursing management from January to December 2022 and nursing assistant APP management from January to November 2023.The quality control time,quality control material cost,training quality,nurses'burnout score and management satisfaction were compared before and after implementation.Results The total satisfaction of nursing staff management was 99.22%after implementation,higher than 78.13%before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the quality control time of nursing staff at all levels was shorter than before implementation,and the paper consumption was less than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of training quality and nurses'burnout after implementation were better than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing assistant APP management is beneficial to reduce the job burnout of nursing staff and shorten the time of quality control.
