摘要 尝试从积极心理学的视角出发,提出护士职业获益感的概念并分析其研究意义,回顾护士职业获益的研究现状,提出研究思考与展望;通过护士职业获益感的系列研究,探索促进中国护士职业心理发展的建设性策略。
