摘要
目的调查并分析苏州市某三甲儿童专科医院医务人员的精神文化需求现状,从工会在医院精神文化建设发挥作用的角度,探索渠道和途经,为相关医院开展精神文化活动提供借鉴。方法选取2021年10月—2023年3月苏州市某三甲儿童专科医院的2010名职工进行网上问卷调查,分析职工的精神文化需求。结果经过数据分析,紧张、焦虑等心理状态普遍存在于儿科医务人员中,77.18%的职工认为开展精神文化类活动对缓解工作压力有帮助,当前儿科医务人员对精神文化类活动的需求呈现多样化、个性化的特点。结论工会在儿科医院精神文化建设中应与时俱进,结合儿科医务人员现实所需,在思想引领、活动创新、阵地建设等方面主动作为,不断满足儿科医务人员的精神文化需求。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of spiritual and cultural needs of medical staff in a top-three children's hospital in Suzhou,explore the channels and approaches from the perspective of the role of trade unions in the spiritual and cultural construction of the hospital,and provide reference for related hospitals to carry out spiritual and cultural activities.Methods From October 2021 to March 2023,2010 employees of a top-three children's hospital in Suzhou were selected to conduct an online questionnaire survey to analyze their spiritual and cultural needs.Results Through data analysis,psychological states such as tension and anxiety are common among pediatric medical staff,77.18%of them believe that carrying out spiritual and cultural activities is helpful to relieve work pressure.Currently,pediatric medical staff have diversified and personalized demands for spiritual and cultural activities.Conclusion The trade union should keep pace with The Times in the spiritual and cultural construction of the pediatric hospital,take the initiative in the aspects of ideological guidance,activity innovation,position construction and so on,and constantly meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the pediatric medical staff.
