摘要
职工文化阵地建设是职工文化建设的一部分,是职工文化建设的重要载体和抓手。职工文化建设需要切实有效的阵地和载体,才能真正发挥建设职工文化阵地的作用。文章以杭州工会为例,实地调研杭州工会在职工文化阵地建设方面的现状,分析取得的成效和存在的不足,采用层次分析法构建了杭州工会职工文化阵地建设的评价体系,为更好地服务职工群众,有针对性地提出了工会职工文化阵地建设应通过明确政治方向、健全制度机制、实现智慧赋能、共建共享拓宽建设空间以及创新品牌来提升阵地效用,并积极探索多种运营模式。
Establishing cultural platforms is an integral aspect of the culture of trade union members,serving as a crucial channel and foundation for its development.To effectively foster the culture,a platform must be established to act as a cultural foundation for members.To improve member service and cultural platform,Hangzhou trade union underwent an investigation to analyze its achievements,identify its shortcomings,and construct its evaluation system through the analytic hierarchy method.Taking Hangzhou as an example,local trade unions should enhance platform effectiveness and explore a variety of operating models by providing political guidance,improving systems and mechanisms,utilizing smart technology,co-building and sharing experiences,expanding construction space,and innovating brands.
