摘要
通过构建茄衣烟叶多指标综合评价模型,为衡阳烟区茄衣烟叶综合评价和品种选择提供科学依据。以CX80、CX81、CX26、古巴2号和古巴7号为供试品种,对比分析其农艺性状、发酵后烟叶外观质量、物理特性和感官质量,并采用主成分分析对茄衣烟叶进行综合评价。对34个烟叶品质指标进行主成分分析,提取出4个主成分(Y_(1)-Y_(4)),累积方差贡献率达90.25%,通过主成分分析建立的综合评价模型为Y=0.480Y1+0.296Y2+0.143Y3+0.081Y4,并计算主成分得分及综合得分。主成分分析结合三维得分图构建的衡阳烟区茄衣烟叶多指标综合评价模型可视化程度较高,能较好地评价衡阳烟区茄衣烟叶的综合质量。依据上述模型对各栽培品种进行综合评价,结果显示CX81品种茄衣烟叶综合得分最高,具体表现为叶片宽大、身份较薄、完整性好、油分有、拉力强、颜色均匀、支脉细而平伏、组织结构疏松,符合优质茄衣标准。
By constructing a multi-index comprehensive evaluation model of tobacco leaves for cigar wrapper,this study aims to provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive evaluation and variety selection of tobacco leaves for cigar wrapper in Hengyang tobacco area.Taking CX80,CX81,CX26,Cuba No.2 and Cuba No.7 as the test varieties,the agronomic traits,appearance quality,physical characteristics and sensory quality of tobacco leaves for cigar wrapper were compared and analyzed,and the principal component analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the tobacco leaves for cigar wrapper.Principal component analysis was performed on 34 tobacco leaf quality indicators,and 4 principal components were extracted.The cumulative variance contribution rate reached 90.25%.The comprehensive evaluation model was established by principal component analysis as Y=0.480Y_(1)+0.296Y_(2)+0.143Y_(3)+0.081Y_(4),and the principal component score and comprehensive score were calculated.The visualization degree of the multi-index comprehensive evaluation model constructed by principal component analysis combined with three-dimensional score map was high,which could better evaluate the comprehensive quality of tobacco leaves in Hengyang tobacco area.According to the above model,the comprehensive evaluation of each cultivated variety was carried out.It was found that the comprehensive score of CX81variety was the highest,which was manifested in the wide leaves,thin body,good integrity and oil content,strong pulling force,uniform color,fine and flat branches,loose tissue structure,which met the standard of high quality tobacco leaves for cigar wrapper.
