摘要
通过对国内外预康复在心脏外科手术中应用的文献及指南进行系统回顾及分析,介绍三联预康复的概念及心脏外科择期手术患者在营养、心理及运动支持上的具体实施内容及评价标准。发现现今内容仍不能标准化,旨在为制订三联预康复的护理临床路径提供理论基础及知识架构,从而使心脏外科患者术后得到更好的优质护理及快速康复。
Through a systematic review and analysis of the literature and guidelines on the application of pre-rehabilitation in cardiac surgery at home and abroad,the concept of triple pre-rehabilitation and the specific implementation content and evaluation criteria of nutritional,psychological and exercise support for patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery were introduced.It was found that the content could not be standardized at present.The aim was to provide theoretical basis and knowledge framework for the formulation of clinical nursing pathway of triple pre-rehabilitation,so as to make cardiac surgery patients get better quality nursing and fast recovery after surgery.
