摘要 文章对基于BIM技术的盾构管片参数化建模及排版技术进行了研究,通过创建管片参数化族、编写建模及排版程序、应用程序生成模型等阶段组成的技术路径,实现了盾构管片的自动化建模和精确排布。本文对盾构管片参数化建模及排版总体技术路径进行了阐述;然后选择Revit的“结构框架”族样板进行了管片参数化族的创建;再根据管片的结构特征和转向逻辑,设计了盾构管片参数化建模及排版算法,并利用Dynamo和Python开发了盾构管片参数化建模及排版程序,还在实际项目中进行了应用。经实践验证,该方法能够有效提高盾构管片设计中的建模效率和精度,体现BIM技术在辅助设计和指导施工方面的价值。 This paper studies the parametric modeling and assembly technology of shield segment based on BIM technology,and realizes the automatic modeling and accurate assembly of shield segment through the technical path composed of the creation of segment parametric family,writing modeling and assembly program,and generating model of application program.Firstly,the overall technical path of shield segment parametric modeling and assembly is described,and then the"structural framework"family template of Revit is selected to create the segment parametric family,and then the shield segment parametric modeling and assembly algorithm is designed according to the structural characteristics and steering logic of segments.Dynamo and Python are used to develop the parametric modeling and assembly program of shield segment,and the program is applied in the actual project.The practice verifies that this method can effectively improve the modeling efficiency and accuracy of shield segment design,and reflects the value of BIM technology in assisting design and guiding construction.
