盾构管片排版计算方法的研究 被引量:21

摘要 管片的排版是盾构法隧道施工中的重要研究课题。施工人员通过选择适当的管片排版方案,来实现盾构隧道的实际轴线对于设计轴线的拟合。本文基于盾构管片的几何特征,提出了对管片建立坐标系来描述管片信息的方法。利用坐标系变换的理论,并根据施工中管片的拼装点位参数,对管片的排版过程进行分析。进而推导出了管片排版计算方法。利用MATLAB模拟管片的排版计算过程,验证了方法的可行性。本文实现了对管片的排版计算,对隧道施工中管片的拼装起到指导作用。 Composition of segments was an important research subject in the construction of shield-driven tunnel. Through selecting suitable scheme for composition of segments, the constructors realized the fitting of actual axial line and design axial line. Based on the geometrical dimensions of segments, a method that can describe information of segments by establishing the coordinate system is presented. The process of composition was analyzed by using the coordinate system transformation theorem and considering the erecting position in composition of segments. Finally, the calculating method for composition of segments was elicited. This method described the position and pose of each segment in the composition of segments. The process of calculation was simulated by MATLAB in order to prove the feasibility of the method. The purpose of this study is to guide the composition of segments in shield construction.
