摘要
围刺法由古代的扬刺法和齐刺法发展而来,是指以病变中心为原点,在边缘进行围刺,通过皮部与络脉、经络的联系,以达到祛瘀通络、行气散结的功效。围刺法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛、桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎、富贵包等疾病,可以增强刺激作用,化瘀通络、清热化湿,临床效果较好,值得应用与推广。
The encircling needle method developed in ancient times is the Yang needle method and the Qi needle method,which refers to the center of the lesion as the origin,the encircling needle is carried out at the edge,and the connection with the veins and meridians is made through the skin,so as to achieve the effect of dispelling stasis and dissipating the qi.The Encircling has a good effect in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,radial stem stenosis tenosynovitis,neck hump and other diseases,which can enhance the stimulating effect,dissolve stasis,clear heat and dampness,and have a good clinical effect,which is worth applying and promoting.
