摘要
带状疱疹是一类由水痘-带状疱疹病毒所引起的疾病。临床上主要表现为沿体表神经分布的成簇、带状水疱,且常伴受累神经所支配部位的疼痛及局部淋巴结肿大。西医治疗带状疱疹以抗病毒、止痛、消炎为主要原则,治疗药物多选用伐昔洛韦、维生素等,但易遗留后遗神经痛。中医治疗带状疱疹的主要方法有中药内服、外敷、针刺、刺络放血、火针等,其疗效显著且能有效降低后遗症的发生率。现综述中医药在带状疱疹治疗中的临床运用,以期为该病的临床治疗提供参考。
Herpes zoster is a kind of disease caused by varicella-zoster virus.The main clinical manifestations are clusters and banded blisters distributed along the surface nerves,often accompanied by pain and local lymphadenopathy at the innervation site of the affected nerve.Western medicine takes antiviral,analgesic,and antiinflammatory as the core in treating herpes zoster.And drugs such as valaciclovir and vitamins are frequently used for treatment,but with which neuralgia always lingers.The therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for herpes zoster mainly includes internal medicine,external application,acupuncture,pricking bloodletting,and fire acupuncture,with a remarkable effect and lower incidence of sequelae.This paper reviews the clinical application of TCM in the treatment of herpes zoster,with an aim to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of such disease.
