摘要
为满足地质勘探行业发展,亟需培养一批实践创新能力较强的地球物理学专业技术人才,而产教深度融合是解决该需求的重要途径。为此,该文以地球物理学专业人才培养为核心,分析该专业产教融合所存在的问题,并从优化教学内容、教学队伍建设、教学模式改革、实践教学平台建设、校企运行机制和保障措施六个方面构建地方高校产教融合下多元协同育人模式,全方位提升地球物理学专业人才培养质量,更好地满足企业及社会发展需求。
In order to meet the development of geological exploration industry,it is urgent to cultivate a group of geophysics professionals with strong practical and innovative ability.The deep integration of production and education is an important way to solve this demand.Focusing on the cultivation of geophysics professionals,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the integration of production in geophysics major,and constructs the multi collaborative education mode under the integration of production and education from six aspects,including teaching content,teaching team construction,teaching mode reform,practice teaching platform construction,school enterprise operation mechanism and safeguard measures,which can comprehensively improve the quality of the cultivation of geophysics professionals,and better meet the needs of enterprise and social development.
