孕酮和牛生长激素对牛超数排卵效果的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Progesterone and Bovine Somatotropin on the Effectsof Multiple Ovulation in Cattle

摘要 母牛超数排卵是牛胚胎移植技术体系中的基础和最关键的环节之一,关系到胚胎生产的数量和质量,不同超数排卵处理方案对超数排卵的反应具有较大的差异。为探讨孕酮和牛生长激素对母牛超数排卵效果的影响,该试验选择146头发育良好的头胎西门塔尔牛,随机分为4个试验组,开展不同激素处理方案对超数排卵效果的研究,其中试验Ⅰ组(34头):CIDR-FSH-PGF2α-人工授精方案;试验Ⅱ组(34头):CIDR-FSH-PGF2α-人工授精-bST方案;试验Ⅲ组(40头):FSH-PGF2α-人工授精方案;试验Ⅳ组(38头):FSH-PGF2α-人工授精方案。结果表明:不同超数排卵方案对超数排卵反应比率、头均冲胚数无显著影响(P>0.05),头均可用胚数和可用胚胎率试验Ⅱ组显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),与试验Ⅰ、Ⅳ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。可见,孕酮和牛生长激素同时处理能够增加可用胚数量,从而提高供体牛超数排卵的效果。 Multiple ovulation is a key link in the domestic animal embryo transplantation technology system.It is related to the quantity and quality of embryo production.Different treatment methods of multiple ovulation have large differences in the response to multiple ovulation.In order to explore the effects of progesterone and bovine Somatotropin on multiple ovulation in cows,this experiment selected 146 well-developed first-calf Simmental cows and randomly divided them into 4 experimental groups to conduct research on the effects of different hormone treatment modes on multiple ovulation.Among them,group Ⅰ(34 cows):CIDR-FSH-PGF2-Artificial insemination mode,group Ⅱ(34 cows):CIDR-FSH-PGF2-Artificial insemination-bST mode,group Ⅲ(40 cows):FSH-PGF2-Artificial insemination mode,group Ⅳ(38 cows):FSH-PGF2-Artificial insemination-bST mode.There was no significant difference of superovulation response rate and average number of embryos per head among groups(P>0.05).There was a significant difference of number of available embryos per head and available embryo rate between groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between groups Ⅰ and Ⅳ(P>0.05).The results showed that progesterone and bovine Somatotropin treatment can increase the number of available embryos,thereby improving the effect of multiple ovulation in cattle.
