摘要
了解卵泡发育动态及其调控机理对于提高动物繁殖率和控制人类生育 ,都具有重要的意义。近年来随着超声波扫描技术的发展 ,人们对家畜卵泡发育模式及其调控机理有了更深入的认识。本文简要综述了当前在家畜卵泡发育基本模式、参与卵泡发育调节的各种因子及卵泡发育的种属特异性等方面的研究进展。
A better understanding of follicular dynamics and its regulation is of great importance both for the improvement of animal reproductive productivity and birth control in human beings. In recent years, the development of ultrasonography has contributed a great deal to our knowledge of follicular dynamics and its regulation mechanisms. This paper reviews briefly the current status of studies on follicular dynamics in domestic animals, factors involved in its regulation and differences in follicular development among species.
