摘要
教师创造性教学行为是发展学生创造力的决定性因素,教师创造性教学行为影响因素分析,旨在发展学生创造力。基于萧佳纯、涂志贤的成熟量表改编,根据专家意见表草稿表格上的量表项目的意见,以及大量反复的实践经验,经探索性因素分析,发现该问卷可由“自我效能”“行为意向”“思维表现”“互动抉择”4个维度构成。经检验,以“中学教师创造性教学行为问卷”为基础开发的量表,具有较好的信度和效度,拟合度良好。为积极应对在学校场域实行创造性教学带来的挑战,改善中学教师创造性教学行为,需要搭建教师知识传递的启发性平台、拓展教师专业发展的创造性领域、增强教师教学实践的创造性体验。
Teachers creative teaching behavior is the decisive factor for the development of students creativity,and the analysis of the influencing factors of teachers creative teaching behavior aims to develop students creativity.Based on the adaptation of the maturity scale of Xiao Jiachun and Tu Zhixian,according to the opinions of the scale items on the draft form of the expert opinion form,as well as a large number of repeated practical experience,through exploratory factor analysis,it is found that the questionnaire can be composed of four dimensions:“self-efficacy”,“behavior intention”,“thinking performance”and“interactive decision-making”.The scale developed on the basis of the“Questionnaire on Creative Teaching Behavior of Secondary School Teachers”has good reliability and validity,and has a good fit.In order to actively respond to the challenges brought about by the implementation of creative teaching in the school field and improve the creative teaching behavior of middle school teachers,it is necessary to build an enlightening platform for teachers knowledge transfer,expand the creative field of teachers professional development,and enhance the creative experience of teachers teaching practice.
