摘要
对国内外建筑用膨胀珍珠岩的相关产品标准进行梳理,对膨胀珍珠岩的化学成分、微观结构及亲水机理进行分析,指出保持膨胀珍珠岩优异绝热性能的关键是改变其表层的亲水官能团及微孔结构,总结有机硅憎水剂喷涂、聚合物包覆、SiO2气凝胶填充等膨胀珍珠岩改性方法的机理及研究现状,为相关技术人员生产或使用膨胀珍珠岩提供参考。
The related product standards of expanded perlite for construction at home and abroad are combed,and the chemical composition,microstructure,and hydrophilic mechanism of expanded perlite are analyzed.It is pointed out that the key to keep the excellent thermal insulation performance of expanded perlite is to change the hydrophilic functional groups and microporous structure of its surface layer.The mechanism and research status of modified methods of expanded perlite,such as silicone hydrophobic agent spraying,polymer coating,and SiO2 aerogel filling,are summarized,which provides a reference for related technicians to produce or use expanded perlite.
