摘要
XRD、SEM分析表明对α型半水石膏晶体呈短柱状、结晶完好,β型半水石膏晶体呈片状、结晶较差;α型半水石膏水化物晶体呈板柱状,晶体交织形成致密硬化体结构,β型半水石膏水化物晶体呈针状、纤维状,晶体交织形成疏松的硬化体结构。晶体结构与形貌上的差异是导致α型半水石膏与β型半水石膏性能特别是力学强度差异的原因。
XRD and SEM analysis are carried out on two hemihydrate gypsums and their hydrations, The results indicate that crystallization of α-hemihydrate gypsum is more perfect than β-hemihydrate gypsum, furthermore, the former takes the shape of short-pole, the latter takes the shape of flake-grain. However, crystallization of α-hemihydrate and β-hemihydrate gypsum hydrations are different, the first one takes the shape of plate and pole, and forms a compact structure, but the second one takes shape of needle and fibre, and forms a loose structure. These differencese result from different properties, specially, mechanics property.
