摘要
常规的财务风险评估方法中,评估风险赋权值与风险等级不匹配,影响评估效果。为此,文章基于模糊灰色理论设计了一种新的供电企业财务风险评估方法。利用模糊灰色理论确定风险评估因素的权重,根据风险评估脆弱性关系,确定评估信度函数,并构建风险评估模型。实验表明,该方法的评估风险赋权值与供电企业实际的财务风险等级相匹配,可以确保评估效果。
In conventional financial risk assessment methods,the mismatch between risk weighting values and risk levels affects the effectiveness of the assessment.Therefore,this study designs a new financial risk assessment method for power supply enterprises based on fuzzy grey theory.Using fuzzy grey theory to determine the weights of risk assessment factors,determining the evaluation reliability function based on the vulnerability relationship of risk assessment,and constructing a risk assessment model.The experiment shows that the evaluation risk weighting value of this method matches the actual financial risk level of the power supply enterprise,which can ensure the evaluation effect.
