摘要
有关食物或食物成分与健康之间关系的科学共识的达成依赖于科学证据的强度和一致性[1]。科学证据的来源主要有观察性研究、干预性研究、动物实验和体外试验。观察性研究往往可以揭示特定营养素、食物与生理功能或疾病相关终点之间的联系,但要验证它们之间的因果关系.
