食品健康声称的现状与展望 被引量：11

Current Situation and Foreseeing of Health Claim in Foods

摘要 健康声称是对食物或食物成分与健康之间关系的说明,分为营养素功能声称、其他功能声称和降低疾病危险性声称。对国际组织及有关国家健康声称的法规标准状况,健康声称的要求,健康声称的影响以及未来的发展趋势进行综述。 Health claim could be the representation of the relationship between food or food constituent and health,including nutrient function claim,other function claim and claims of reduction of disease risk.The regulations in international organization and related counties,the requirements,the influences,and the developing trends of health claim were reviewed.
