摘要 数字化转型是当今旅游商业模式转变的必由之路,而数字化转型的目的是为提升旅游者体验、运营效率和创新服务更加高质量发展。旅游商业模式的数字化不仅影响了旅游企业组织机构的重组,也对旅游企业文化产生了重要的影响,其战略意义在于改变旅游者体验,提高运营效率,实现服务创新并抢占市场份额,为旅游企业利用数字技术实现数字时代的可持续增长和竞争力提供思路。试在对数字化转型对旅游商业模式的重要性及挑战分析的基础上,对数字化转型对旅游商业模式下旅游者体验和运营效率的影响进行了探究,进而提出旅游企业商业模式数字化转型的实施路径,旨在为旅游企业商业模式数字化转型提供一些建议。 Digital transformation is the inevitable way to change the current tourism business model,and the purpose of digital transformation is to improve the tourist′s experience,operational efficiency and innovative services for higher quality development.The digitalization of tourism business model not only affects the reorganization of tourism enterprises′organizations,but also has an important impact on the culture of tourism enterprises.Its strategic significance lies in changing tourist′s experience,improving operational efficiency,realizing service innovation and seizing market share,and providing a roadmap for tourism enterprises to realize sustainable growth and competitiveness in the digital era by using digital technology.Through empirical analysis of the impact of digital transformation on the evolution of tourism business model,this paper attempts to determine the key components and theoretical basis of digital transformation,so as to make ideological preparation for improving the competitiveness of tourism enterprises.
