短期与长期创新质量对高技术产业投资的影响 被引量:4

The Influence Mechanism of Short-term and Long-term Innovation Quality on Investment of High-tech Industries

摘要 投资是推动高技术产业发展的关键动力,研发实力是影响高技术产业投资的重要因素,而创新质量是高技术产业研发实力的综合体现,研究创新质量对高技术产业投资的影响具有重要意义。提出短期与长期创新质量的概念内涵,从理论上分析短期、长期创新质量与高技术产业投资之间的关系,并基于中国省际面板数据实证分析短期与长期创新质量对高技术产业投资的影响效应及关系特征。结果表明:①短期创新质量对高技术产业投资具有显著正向影响,而长期创新质量对高技术产业投资的绩效不佳,会在一定程度上抑制高技术产业投资;②短期与长期创新质量之间的协调能力有待进一步提高;③随着高技术产业投资规模扩大,短期创新质量对投资的正向影响逐渐增强,长期创新质量对投资的抑制作用逐渐减弱;④当短期创新质量水平较低时,其对高技术产业投资的正向影响更大,当长期创新质量水平较高时,其对高技术产业投资的负向影响更大;⑤高技术产业投资对短期和长期创新质量的良性反馈作用尚未完全形成。因此,高技术企业应根据自身情况制定创新质量提升策略,正确处理短期与长期创新质量间的关系,并持续优化高技术产业投资结构,强化其对高技术产业创新的支撑作用,进而构建科技创新与高技术产业投资良性互动的长效机制。 As a key driving force for guiding and promoting the development of high-tech industries,investment in high-tech industries plays an important role in expanding production scale,enhancing research and development capabilities,and expanding product markets.R&D strength is an important factor affecting investment in high-tech industries,and innovation quality is a comprehensive reflection of the R&D strength of high-tech industries.Investing based on innovation quality gives enterprises a high degree of confidence in their innovation level and R&D capabilities.Innovation activities have obvious cyclical fluctuations,and the quality of innovation based on time orientation can be divided into short-term innovation quality and long-term innovation quality.Short term innovation quality refers to the innovation ability demonstrated by the innovation subject in achieving short-term innovation strategies,while long-term innovation quality refers to the sustained innovation ability demonstrated by the innovation subject in long-term innovation practices.Studying the impact of innovation quality on investment in high-tech industries from a short-term and long-term perspective helps to have a deeper understanding of the impact mechanism of short-term and long-term innovation quality on investment in high-tech industries,and further provide investment decisions for governments and industries.This paper puts forward the concept connotation of short-term innovation quality and long-term innovation quality,theoretically analyzes the relationship between short-term and long-term innovation quality and high-tech industry investment,and conducts empirical analysis based on China's provincial panel data.It employs the panel data model,panel threshold model and Bayesian vector autoregression model to comprehensively explore the linear impact of short-term and long-term innovation quality on the nonlinear effects of high-tech industry investment and interactive relationships,and further proposes targeted policy recommendations.The results show that(1)the short-term innovation quality has a significant positive impact on investment in high-tech industries,while the long-term innovation quality has a poor performance on investment in high-tech industries,which to some extent inhibits the increase in investment in high-tech industries;(2)the coordination ability between short-term innovation quality and long-term innovation quality needs to be further strengthened,and the synergistic effect in promoting increased investment in high-tech industries has not been well played;(3)as investment in high-tech industries increases,the positive impact of short-term innovation quality on investment gradually increases,while the inhibitory effect of long-term innovation quality on investment gradually decreases;(4)when the short-term innovation quality level is low,its positive impact on investment in high-tech industries is relatively greater;when the long-term innovation quality level is high,its negative impact on investment in high-tech industries is greater;(5)the positive feedback effect of high-tech industry investment on short-term and long-term innovation quality has not yet fully formed.Therefore,high-tech enterprises should develop innovation quality improvement strategies based on their own situation,correctly handle the relationship between short-term and long-term innovation quality with attention to the coordinated development of short-term and long-term goals in innovation activities.Then it is feasible to develop short-term innovation quality development strategies and accumulate short-term innovation quality based on long-term innovation quality strategic planning,and continuously optimize the investment structure of high-tech industries.Diversified capital is welcomed to enter high-tech industries so that the positive feedback effect of investment on improving innovation quality can be better leveraged.It is also warranted to build a long-term mechanism for the positive interaction between technological innovation and high-tech industry investment,gradually realizing the positive interactive development of technological innovation and investment.Compared with existing research,this study makes a beneficial supplement and improvement by dividing innovation quality into short-term innovation quality and long-term innovation quality based on time orientation to the traditional concept of innovation quality,for it further deepens the understanding of the concept of innovation quality,and expands the research boundary of innovation quality theory;the analysis of the impact mechanism of short-term and long-term innovation quality on high-tech industry investment deepens the theoretical understanding of the relationship between innovation quality and high-tech industry investment;further empirical research on the role patterns,characteristics,and interactive relationships of short-term and long-term innovation quality in high-tech industry investment provides important reference for improving innovation quality and formulating investment strategies for high-tech industries.
