摘要
对客户在使用S45C制作零件时发现样品存在的缺陷进行化学成分、金相组织、电镜能谱分析。结果表明:缺陷内物质含有Na、Si、Ca、Zr等成分,经分析为外来夹杂物导致后续表面缺陷的产生,对此总结并提出改进措施。
Chemical composition,metallographic structure and electron microscope energy spectrum analysis were carried out for the defects found in the samples when customers made parts with S45C.The results show that the material in the de-fect contains Na,Si,Ca,Zr and other components,which are analyzed as foreign inclusions leading to subsequent surface defects.The improvement measures are summarized and put forward.
