摘要 介绍了透射电子显微镜对钢中细小夹杂物的三种分析方法,即分散晶体法、萃取复型法和金属薄膜法。讨论了三种分析方法的特点和各自的适用范围。试验表明:分散晶体法适合于对夹杂物的形态、尺寸的统计分析。萃取复型法适用于夹杂物的形态、尺寸、在钢中的析出位置及与钢的微观组织关系的研究。金属薄膜法适合于研究夹杂物的形成过程、复合夹杂物的结构类型及其与基体的取向关系。利用萃取复型法对武钢取向硅钢热轧板中第二相的尺寸分析,推断热轧板的加热温度。用薄膜法结合能谱分析,得出不同夹杂物形成的温度,并发现低温夹杂物以高温夹杂物为核心长大。通过热加工前及热加工后夹杂物变形状态的分析,确定复合夹杂物中高温塑性夹杂物是降低钢的性能的重要原因之一。 The characteristics and application of three analysis methods connecting with TEM on tiny inclusions,i.e.scattering crystals,replication and metallic thin film,were discussed.The result shows that scatter crystals are suit for analyzing the shape and size of inclusions; replication is suit for researching the shape, size, site of inclusions and the relationship between inclusions and microstructure; metallic thin film is suit for investigating the forming of the inclusions, the structure types of mixed inclusions and misorientation between the inclusions and matrix. With the method of replication, the heating temperature of hot rolled slab was deduced by analyzing the size of the precipitates. With the approach of metallic thin film and EDS,it is found that different inclusions had different forming temperatures,and the lower temperature inclusions could be formed and grow on the higher temperature inclusions. By analyzing the deformation of the inclusions after hot rolling,it is determined that the high temperature plastic inclusions were the main reason that decrease the mechanical properties in steel.
