剪切波弹性成像技术评价通痹灵治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果

Evaluation of Shear Wave Elastography on the Curative Effect of Tongbiling in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

摘要 目的通过剪切波弹性成像技术(SWE)评价通痹灵对类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者膝关节滑膜的改善情况。方法选择初次服用通痹灵治疗的RA患者20例,并分别于治疗前、治疗3个月及治疗6个月后对所有患者进行膝关节滑膜厚度、滑膜弹性模量值的检测。比较RA患者治疗前、治疗3个月后及治疗6个月后膝关节滑膜厚度、弹性模量值的差异。结果治疗前、治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后,两组RA患者滑膜厚度、弹性模量最大值(EImax)及弹性模量平均值(EImean)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,弹性模量最小值(EImin)与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗前与治疗6个月后、治疗6个月与治疗3个月后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SWE可用于通痹灵治疗RA患者膝关节滑膜病变的效果评估。 Objective To evaluate the improvement of knee synovium in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)by shear wave elastog⁃raphy(SWE).Methods Twenty RA patients who took Tongbiling therapy for the first time were collected,the knee synovium thickness and elastic modulus of knee synovium were measured before treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment.The differences of knee synovium thickness and elastic modulus in RA patients before,after 3 months and 6 months were compared.Re⁃sults There were statistically significant differences in synovial thickness,maximum elastic modulus(EImax)and mean elastic modu⁃lus(EImean)in RA patients before treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the minimum elastic modulus(EImin)of RA patients before and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the minimum elastic modulus(EImin)of RA patients before and after treatment 6 months,and in the mini⁃mum elastic modulus(EImin)of RA patients 6 months and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion SWE can be used to evaluate the efficacy of Tongbiling in the treatment of knee synovial lesions in RA patients.
