摘要
目的分析PDCA循环模式在促进临床营养质量管理中应用的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月于山东大学第三人民医院临床营养院级营养支持小组任职的50名医务人员作为研究对象,于2021年1—12月行常规管理(常规组),于2022年1—12月行PDCA循环管理(研究组),比较两组临床营养管理质量评分、营养医师对营养专业知识的掌握程度及营养风险筛查与会诊执行率情况。结果研究组临床营养管理质量评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组营养医师对营养专业知识的掌握度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组营养风险筛查及会诊的执行率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在临床营养质量管理中,PDCA循环模式的管理能有效提升临床营养支持的质量,增强医师对营养专业知识的掌握度同时提高营养风险筛查及临床会诊参与度,在临床营养质量改进中效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle model in promoting clinical nutrition quality management.Methods 50 medical staff in the clinical nutrition hospital-level nutrition support group of Ji'nan Third People's Hos-pital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.Regular management was carried out from January to December 2021(conventional group),and PDCA cycle management was carried out from January to December 2022(study group).The scores of the quality of clinical nutrition management,the degree of nutrition physi-cians'mastery of professional nutrition knowledge,and the implementation rate of nutrition risk screening and consul-tation between the two groups were compared.Results All item of he clinical nutrition management quality score of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nutritional doctors in the study group had higher knowledge of nutritional expertise than those in the conven-tional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The implementation rate of nutritional risk screening and consultation in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical nutrition quality management,the management of PDCA cycle model can effectively improve the quality of clinical nutrition support,enhance physicians'mastery of nutrition exper-tise,and improve nutrition risk screening and clinical consultation participation,which has a significant effect in im-proving clinical nutrition quality.
