摘要
健康调查评分量表(SF-36)是一个普适性的生活质量评分工具,具有较好的信度、效度及反应度,其在内科疾病疗效评价中的作用逐渐突出,在临床实践及研究中的应用日益广泛,然而在骨科疾病中的应用则较少。该文的目的在于说明近年来SF-36量表在国内骨科疾病中的应用现状,以提高骨科医师对其的认识,为骨伤科疾病疗效评估提供一个有效的健康测量工具。
Medical outcome survey score（SF-36）is a universal tool for the quality of life score,it has good reliability,validity and responsiveness,Evaluation of its efficacy become gradually prominent role in the disease,and its applications is increasingly wide in clinical practice and research,However,in the application of bone disease are limited.The purpose of this paper is to describe SF-36 scale′s applications status of bone diseases in recent years in the domestic,in order to enhance their awareness of clinicians,and to provide an effective measurement tool for assessing the efficacy of treatment of bone diseases.
