摘要
珠三角地区在国家推进“一带一路”建设、携手建设粤港澳大湾区中发挥了重要作用。以珠江三角洲东江北干流石龙段为分析对象,介绍了该岸线调整工程建设内容,浅析堤型方案选择,并计算了岸线调整后的水面线。计算结果表明,堤型选择要因地制宜、科学规划、合理设计,全线堤身采用斜坡式堤防;岸线调整优化了区域的行洪安全问题,且流速符合规范要求,方案合理。该项目实施可以保障东江三角洲行洪、纳潮、生态等安全,也为后续类似工程的推进提供了借鉴。
The Pearl River Delta region has played an important role in promoting the construction of the Belt and Road and jointly building the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Taking the Shilong section of the north mainstream of Dongjiang River in the Pearl River Delta as the analysis object,the content of the shoreline adjustment project was introduced,the selection of the embankment type scheme was analyzed,and the water surface line after the shoreline adjustment was calculated in this paper.The calculation results showed that the selection of embankment type should be based on local conditions,scientific planning and reasonable design,and the slope embankment should be adopted in the whole line.The adjustment of shoreline optimized the flood safety problem in the area,the flow rate met the requirement of the specification,and the scheme was reasonable.The implementation of this project can ensure the safety of flood discharge,tide and ecology in Dongjiang River Delta,and also provide help for the follow-up similar projects.
