摘要
行业产教融合共同体是一种新型的产学研用一体化组织形式,也是一种同步促进产业发展和提升人才培养质量的新模式。在科学界定行业产教融合共同体的核心要义基础上,系统分析行业产教融合共同体的主体、内容、客体等方面的构成要素,发现其本质属性是通过产教融合媒介培养适应产业发展需求的高素质技能人才、提升产业的竞争力和创新能力。行业产教融合共同体在组织形式、法人地位、成员的权利义务、合同关系、知识产权保护等方面存在风险,建议从整体层面维护共同体的公平正义、个体层面保障共同体的个体权利、规则层面健全共同体的法律制度三个维度规范共同体的运作,保障参与各方的合法权益,推动其高质量发展,助力现代职业教育体系建设。
The industry⁃education integration community is a new form of organization integrating industry,education,research,and application.It is also a new model that promotes industrial development and improves the quality of talent cultivation at the same time.Based on a scientific definition of the meaning of the industry⁃education integration community,this paper systematically analyzes its constituent elements,including the subjects,content,and objects.It is found that in essence,it is aimed at cultivating high⁃quality skilled professionals who can adapt to the needs of industrial development and at enhancing the competitiveness and innovation capability of the industry through industry⁃education integration media.The industry⁃education integration community faces risks in such aspects as organizational form,legal status,rights and obligations of relevant parties,contract relationships,and intellectual property protection.It is suggested to regulate the operation of the community from three dimensions:maintaining fairness and justice of the community as a whole,safeguarding individual rights,and improving the legal system to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of all parties involved,promote its high⁃quality development,and contribute to the construction of a modern vocational education system.
