摘要
目的分阶段情绪疗法对精神科护士压力应对方式、心理健康状况及职业倦怠感的影响。方法研究对象为72名精神科护士,均于2020年1月—2022年12月在本院精神科工作。2020年1月—2021年5月实施常规管理,以此管理结果为对照组;在2021年6月开始对护理人员实施分阶段情绪疗法,以此干预结果为观察组。对比两组护士压力应对方式、心理健康状况及职业倦怠感情况。结果治疗后,组间自责、退避、幻想评分对比,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);组间合理化、求助、解决问题评分对比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);组间心理健康状况以及职业倦怠感各维度评分对比,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神科护士实施分阶段情绪疗法,能够使护理人员对压力的应对方式更为合理,减少逃避情绪,使其心理健康状况明显提高,职业倦怠感减少,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To investigate effect of staged emotional therapy on stress response,mental health status,and occupational burnout of psychiatric nurses.Methods The paper chose 72 psychiatric nurses worked in psychiatric department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 as study subjects.Control group was treated with routine management from January 2020 to May 2021,observation group with staged emotional therapy from June 2021.Stress respond styles,mental health status,and occupational burnout were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,self blame,avoidance,and fantasy scores in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Comparison showed,rationalization,seeking help,and problem-solving scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Psychological health status and occupational burnout scores in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged emotional therapy can help psychiatric nurses deal with stress reasonably,reduce avoidance emotions,improve mental health,reduce occupational burnout significantly,which has significant clinical application value.
