摘要
作为新能源汽车的主要储能部件,动力电池的退役潮正在来临。大量的动力电池退役给动力电池处理处置带来巨大挑战。从环境、资源和经济等方面,阐述动力电池回收利用的意义,分析当前动力电池回收利用现状。针对加强新能源汽车动力电池回收利用,从健全法律法规、完善回收体系和提升回收利用技术等方面提出对策建议。
The power battery is the main energy storage component of new energy vehicles,its retirement trend has arrived.A large number of retired power batteries bring great challenges to the recycling of power battery.The significance of power battery recycling for environmental,resource and economic aspects is elaborated.The current status of power battery recycling is analyzed.Counter-measures and suggestions which are about improvement of laws and regulations,recycling system and recycling technology,are proposed to strengthen the recycling and utilization of new energy vehicle power battery.
