摘要 研究黑镍除钴渣酸溶后溶液用Cyanex2 72萃取钴 ,实现钴、镍的深度分离 ,并介绍其工业生产应用。试验结果表明 :混合时间 3min ,Co的萃取率可达 98%以上 ;经 2级萃取溶液中的Co2 + 由 4 5降至 0 0 1g/L以下 ;负载有机相经三级洗涤 [Co] /[Ni]达到 5 2 9 2 0 ;通过三级萃取 ,三级洗涤 ,钴的萃取率达 99 90 %以上 ,镍钴分离系数 βCo/Ni为 2 5 0× 10 5;两级反萃使有机相含Co2 + 降至 0 0 2 0g/L以下 ;采用去离子水二级洗涤 ,Cl- 几乎 10 0 %被洗掉 ,不会进入硫酸镍溶液中循环积累。工业实践中黑镍除钴渣酸溶后溶液经P2 0 4萃取除铜、铁 -Cyanex2 72萃取分离镍钴 -氯化钴溶液草酸沉淀 -草酸钴煅烧 ,产出的精制氧化钴粉达到国家Y1 级标准 ,产出的硫酸镍溶液完全满足生产 In order to completely separate cobalt from nickel,the process of cobalt extraction with Cyanex272 in solution derived from cobalt residue acid dissolving is investigated,and a commercial application is also described The cobalt extraction recovery is 98% with 3 min mixing time,and Co 2+ in solution reduces to 0 01g/L from 4 5g/L;the ratio of 〔Co〕/〔Ni〕 in the pregnant organic phase is up to 529 20 after 3 stages scrubbing The cobalt extractive recovery is over 99% by 3 stages extraction and scrubbing,the β Co/Ni is up to 2 50×10 5 The Co 2+ content in organic phase is below 0 020g/L with 2 stages stripping The C1 - content in refresh organic phase is eliminated completely by 2 stages scrubbing with deionized water,without accumulation in nickel electrolyte The cobalt extraction is not affected by calcium and magnesium existing in the solution In the commercial application,the A grade cobalt oxide is produced,and nickel sulfate solution meets the needs of A grade cathode nickel production by electrolysis
