摘要
由于临时性组队、无针对指导及无差别比赛等原因,参赛团队在备赛校级教学能力大赛时,重视课堂设计实施,却忽视学情分析,包装教学效果,甚至出现炒冷饭,走过场等情况。通过建立专业教研室、二级学院、职业院校的“室院校”三级规划、督促、指导机制,参赛团队在落实日常教学、课程建设和比赛准备时,能够实现相互融合,共同推进的目标。
Teaching competence competition plays an important role in examining and im-proving the teaching ability of teachers.While some problems existing in the preparation of the competition,such as the abrupt building of the teaching team,unreasonable course teaching and learning analysis,and inadequate presentation of the teaching effects,etc,has lead to unsatisfactory competition results.This essay analyzed the current situation,and put forward countermeasures for promoting the teaching competence competition in vocational ed-ucation by establishing a 3-level planning and supervision mechanism.
