摘要
由于在煤矿井下工作环境恶劣,而且钢丝绳在使用过程会产生磨损,为了监测无极绳绞车运行过程中钢丝绳张力的变化,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的无极绳绞车绳张力监测系统。该系统具有钢丝绳张力监测、张力预警、历史查询、传感器校准和报警查询功能。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现数据实时传输和张力监测,并具有操作简单、稳定可靠、精度较高等特点,对于井下作业环境的安全保障具有重要意义。
Due to the poor working environment in underground coal mine and the wear of steel wire rope during use,a rope tension monitoring system based on LabVIEW was designed to monitor the change of rope tension during the operation of the rope winch.The system has the functions of wire rope tension monitoring,tension warning,history query,sensor calibration and alarm query.The experimental results show that the system can realize real-time data transmission and tension monitoring,and has the characteristics of simple operation,stable and reliable,high precision,which is of great significance for the safety guarantee in the underground working environment.
